Is the Mark of the Beast Here

Following is an article outlining a proposed immigration policy. This policy has in it a feature to implant a bio-metric device to serve as a security feature against terrorists as well as maintaining other information that would allow us to work here. Does this sound familiar? A mark by which you cannot buy trade or sell without it? As recent as August 2013 talk of medical implants for medical records under the new socialized medicine is on its way as well.

As a disclaimer, we Christians are not ant-immigration; we acknowledge that our country is a melting pot of immigrants and many Hispanics, African Americans, Native Americans, and other ethnic groups have shed their blood for our nation. In fact the first Patriot killed in the Revolutionary war was a black man; and of all the cultures; Hispanics have more war hero's and medal of honor recipients than any other cultural group. Mexicans, African, Italians, Poles, Germans et al have all made great contributions in making America the greatest nation on earth. I am a strong believer in "American Exceptionalism" because we were once one nation under God and the recipient of His blessings. This is patently evident when you compare the United States to every other nation on earth. It is also evident that when we kicked God out of the schools and public square; His protective hedge started to come down, and our nation is in a free-fall, a decline - unless we see spiritual revival. Politics is only a small part of the answer - we need to return to a God fearing nation above all!

We do acknowledge that we are a nation of laws and must enforce these laws. Laws that allow for healthy immigration to this nation. We need immigrants to contribute to our culture; however, a nation is defined by its borders and theses laws must be enforced and Christians are called to honor the laws of the land. Every country has immigration policies; and to date the US is the most lenient and welcoming to immigrants, still a policy that is fair and equitable must be put into place and enforced while we maintain our sovereignty as a nation. I stress this because communism's goal is world conquest - a government without borders. This also happens to be the plan of the anti-Christ of Revelation as well.

By the way Obama has been quoted as his saying "I don't define a nation by its borders" this is typical communist ideology that leads us to a One World Government - Something similar to the ruling of the anti-Christ. Now back to the mark of the beast:

Below is an excerpt from one of the proposed immigration reform bills. This sure looks like the fulfillment of the mark of the beast in Revelation 13

Revelation 13:16 And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads

Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (666)

the “Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill” would require a new National ID card that would:

*** Include biometric identification information, such as fingerprints, retinal scans or scans of veins on the back of hands. Depending on the technology used, the ID card could easily be used as a tracking device;

*** Be required for all U.S. workers regardless of place of birth, and make it illegal for anyone to hold a job in the United States who doesn't obtain the ID card;

*** Require all employers to purchase an “ID scanner” to verify the ID cards with the federal government. Every time any citizen applies for a job, the government would know -- and you can bet it’s only a matter of time until “ID scans” will be required to make even routine purchases, as well.

Of course, the most dangerous part of the bill is the biometric tracking technology which would allow federal bureaucrats to track our every move.

Allowing our government to have this much “prying power” in our lives will ultimately result in the TOTAL loss of freedom.

This is exactly the type of battle that often decides whether a country remains free, or continues down a slide toward tyranny.

Government goon squads with all our personal information -– information they do not need and constitutionally should not have –- is a recipe for disaster for our nation.
You see, once “well-meaning” government bureaucrats know exactly how we live our lives, it won’t be long until they try to run them.

In fact, it will only be a matter of time until they spend their workdays making sure you and I don’t go anywhere we “shouldn’t,” buy anything we “shouldn’t,” read anything we “shouldn’t,” eat anything we “shouldn’t” or smoke anything we “shouldn’t.”
You see, this fight isn’t really about immigration.
Whatever you think of that fight, it’s simply being used as cover.
